📜1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the TKPK Bet platform and all its services. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

TKPK Bet is an internationally licensed online betting platform. We serve users in Bangladesh and operate in full compliance with all applicable legal regulations.

These terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. Continued use of any TKPK Bet service will be deemed as acceptance of the most current terms.

A single active TKPK Bet account gives you access to all our services. The following conditions apply when registering:

• Each individual is only permitted One Account Only may be opened. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• The name, address, phone number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification Process (KYC)

TKPK Bet follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy. We may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request or for large transactions. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed.

Minimum Age Requirement to Participate on TKPK Bet 18 years. No one below this age is permitted to use this platform. We take a strict stance against gambling by minors.

• During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• If there is any doubt regarding age verification, we may request a national ID card or birth certificate.
• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided.
• Allowing minors to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.

We urge parents to keep their devices and account credentials out of reach of children. Responsible betting is a core part of our commitment.

Minimum & Maximum Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000
• Daily maximum deposit: ৳10,00,000

Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The name on the deposit must match the account holder's name. Otherwise, the deposit will be returned and an additional processing fee may apply.

💸5. Withdrawal Policy

Keep the following rules in mind when withdrawing your winnings from TKPK Bet:

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
• Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

We reserve the right to freeze withdrawals and conduct an investigation where suspicious activity or money laundering is suspected. User cooperation is expected during this process.

TKPK Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms. The general bonus conditions are outlined below:

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• A minimum 5x wagering requirement must be met to use any bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

• Regular members will receive weekly or monthly reload bonuses.
• Cashback is credited directly to your main balance and is available for use immediately.
• A 1x wagering requirement applies before cashback can be withdrawn.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as creating multiple accounts, using false information, or placing bets through automated software — will result in immediate account suspension. TKPK Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

🏏7. Betting Rules

Please read the specific rules for each market before placing a bet on TKPK Bet. The general betting rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In live betting, odds may change due to network delays. Winnings will be calculated based on the confirmed odds at the time of placement.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In an Accumulator/Parlay bet, if one leg is voided, that leg will be calculated at odds of 1.00 and the remaining legs will stand.
• TKPK Bet reserves the right to suspend payments and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.

Maximum Bet Limit

Each market has a set maximum bet limit. This limit may vary by event, and TKPK Bet reserves the right to adjust it at any time.

🚫8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the TKPK Bet platform and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false information or manipulating the system to obtain bonus benefits.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.

🔒9. Account Suspension & Closure

TKPK Bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• As directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

⚖️11. Limitation of Liability

TKPK Bet is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account (where caused by your own negligence).
• Force Majeure — Service may be suspended due to circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or government directives.

All disputes will first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to an independent third-party arbitration.

🔄12. Policy on Changes to Terms

TKPK Bet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. In the event of changes:

• At least 7 days' notice will be given via email or on the platform before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If the updated terms are not accepted, you will be given the option to close your account and receive a refund of any remaining balance.
